Rockwood RV Resort is excited to announce the opening of the first phase of our long-term seasonal RV development near Lac La Nonne Lake. Located on a private 160 acres and situated approximately one mile from the lake, Rockwood is being designed as a spacious, family-oriented RV community focused on privacy, nature, and long-term enjoyment.
With plans for approximately 250 seasonal sites and close access to several popular recreational lakes in the area, Rockwood offers a unique opportunity to secure a large seasonal lot in a quiet natural setting while still remaining within convenient driving distance of Edmonton and surrounding communities.

Seasonal tenants are welcome to further develop and personalize their lots, including adding gravel, decks, sheds, landscaping, and outdoor living spaces, subject to resort guidelines.
2026 Development Schedule
Construction and servicing work is currently underway, including installation of the pumphouse and electrical infrastructure. Early move-ins and lot development will be permitted prior to final utility commissioning so tenants can begin setting up and improving their sites for the season.
During this initial development phase, some early occupants may temporarily use generators while final water and power connections are completed.

Seasonal Information
The camping season is expected to run from May 1 to October 31, weather permitting.
Winter RV storage is included for tenants who reserve their site for the following season by the end of the current season.
We are now booking tours and accepting inquiries for our first 30 lots.
