County approval has been recieved.

Construction underway. Future plans include wash house, sani dump and full services (water, sewer and 50A power).

Lots will include below ground 250 gallon sewage tanks, and water trucked in. Power and water will be available in future years.

Lot sizes are ~50' wide total, ~30' wide cleared, and ~85' deep (single RV) or ~110' deep (double RV). Lots include a gravel pad for truck and trailer, and the rest of the cleared area is grass. Tenants can gravel the rest of the cleared area of their lot, as well as build a deck and/or shed.

Seasons will run May Long Weekend to October 31, weather permitting.

Winter RV storage is included if the deposit for the following season is paid by the end of the current season.
